Pricing, Payment and Delivery Information
How it works-
Select the cleanse you would like (one, three or five day) and add to cart. At the checkout you will be asked to select either pick up or delivery and the date you wish to receive your cleanse.
One day and three day cleanses are delivered in single delivery. Five day cleanses are delivered in two separate deliveries and are only available commencing with a Tuesday delivery or pickup.
All cleanses come with full support via email.
Juice must be refrigerated and consumed within three days.
Please be aware that any order cancelled within forty-eight hours of delivery will be charged in full.
I have ordered. What now?
Your cleanse will be delivered to your home or workplace on the requested day and within the time period stated at time of ordering. Please ensure someone is available at this time to receive the delivery and refrigerate juices. Alternatively you can pick up your cleanse (on your nominated day) from Smokos at 6/61 Albert Road Bunbury ( between 1:00pm and 2:30pm.)

Our juices are available for delivery or pickup on Tuesdays and Fridays
Orders must be finalised by:
3pm Sunday for Tuesday delivery/pickup
3pm Wednesday for Friday delivery/pickup (excludes 5 day cleanses).
Delivery
Our Delivery option is available Tuesday and Friday between 1:00pm - 3:00 pm (to your home or work address in the Bunbury postcode 6230 region).
Our Pickup option is available Tuesday and Friday between 1:00pm – 2:30pm (from our stockist Smokos Lunchbar 6/61 Albert Road Bunbury). Please take your confirmation email as verification.
For a flat fee of $12.50, we will deliver to all postcode 6230 addresses. This area includes Bunbury, South Bunbury, East Bunbury, Glen Iris, College Grove, Carey Park, Davenport, Usher, Gelorup, Dalyellup, Withers, Eaton, Pelican Point, Vittoria Heights and Riverlea. Please contact us directly for information regarding delivery to areas other than those listed above.
We do require someone to accept delivery to ensure your juices are refrigerated ASAP after delivery. If the driver is unable contact someone at the address, the driver will leave your order at your own risk. We will call you to let you know your order has been delivered.
A minimum order of $50 is required for delivery (excluding delivery fee).
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Orders over $300 receive free delivery.
Cancellations
Please be aware, orders cancelled less than forty eight hours before expected delivery time will be charged in full.
If you choose to cancel your order, you must advise us via email during normal office hours.
Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email. It is your responsibility to check the delivery date and address are correct according to this email. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us to confirm your booking at hello@thejuicerandco.com.au.
